Problem number one — lack of certificates.

Often the simplest way for manufacturers to save money is buying and using materials that do not have the necessary certificates. This however entails the risk of lower durability and physical defects of the material. A hall made of non-certified materials can be less durable and even less stable than a construction based only on approved products. With lower durability comes shorter term of warranty offered by the manufacturer, as well as an increased likelihood of difficulties at the time of commissioning — resulting from the unknown or doubtful origin of construction materials.
